The Tourism At Its Extreme Travelling On The Edge

The “Travel” and “Tourism” always bombards us with the highest degrees actually the superlatives- the freshest shrimps, the nicest room, the best beach, the ritzy glitzy bar some of these definitely verge on truth but some are not but when you are in USA, there are genuinely such destinations where the use of the word “Superlative” actually does justice with the travelers.

There are some extreme places in States (extremely windy, dark, hot, cold, hard or extreme by science as well); some of these places that will surly leave you in wonder and amazement are described here.

Almost every tourist of this world has heard the name “Death Valley” which is settled in California and features a very astonishing history. The hottest recorded temperature of this planet was featured here on Death Valley in 1913, almost a century ago and it was 56.6 Centigrade or 134 F.

That highest temperature has not been surpassed yet but whenever the summer season comes, the temperature gets close to that extreme mark  a centigrade or only two centigrade less. July is considered to be the deadliest month in the Death Valley.

The Death Valley National Park covers the land area of more than 3.3 million acres and is equipped with parched canyons, barren mountains and the desiccated lake beds; the thermometers show the temperature more than 51 C in this particular month.

The place is situated two hundred eighty two feet below the sea level and the blend of sheer mountain walls and the narrow length trap contribute to this much high temperature. No one can also forget about the phenomena of maximum solar radiation.

There is a “specific” type or category of travellers who visit this place in that much heat (in the months of June and July) and they say they want to experience the maximum level of heat on this earth.

Let’s discuss about “extremely dark”- the Natural Bridges National Monument that is located in Utah is loved for its extreme darkness. It is almost hidden in the preternaturally darker areas of Canyonlands, Bryce and Zion national park.

It is officially declared as the conscientiously light pollution-free and the most naturally spot of USA. The recent survey suggests this place to be Bortle Class 2 which means it’s the darkest sky (the National Park Service study has entitled it with this name).

For your consideration, there are total 9 levels and level 2 is considered to be a really darker one. This region features the pristine night sky that you will never witness anywhere between Las Vegas and the New York City.

It completely transforms into a lost-cell phone-signaled shore, wind-pelted, rain-hammered and the wave-battered land area. The Olympic National Park features a lodge that houses ocean-facing room and a bluff-side cabin that offer you the enchantingly torrential edges’ vistas in this extreme windy weather.

You can safely see the giant conifer logs that are tossed by the huge waves. Some other extremities of travelling in UAS are St. Augustine which is settled in Florida and is declared to be the oldest one, the Mount Washington (extremely windy) and the West Virginia Roadkill Cook off, declared to be extremely gut-wrenching.
